[Video] A Quick Look at Controller Upgrades for Braising Pans and Kettles

In a fast-paced commercial kitchen, the ability to easily control and operate foodservice equipment is critical. Operators have two new options for braising pan and kettle controls.

Classic Operation:

  • Equipped with a temperature control knob to regulate the heat intensity of kettles on a 0 to 10 scale setting and control temperature of braising pans from 175°F to 400°F
  • Features a heat indicator light to signify when the elements or burners are active
  • IPX6 water-rated control panel

Advanced Operation:

  • Equipped with a temperature control knob to regulate the heat intensity of kettles on a 0 to 10 scale setting and control temperature of braising pans from 175°F to 425°F
  • Digital display for time and temperature
  • Low Temp, High Temp, and Manual Temp setting buttons to manually set desired temperatures, and well as a timer button
  • Features a heat indicator light to signify when the elements or burners are active
  • IPX6 water-rated control panel
